Kajo is a long pendant necklace on a black Finnish reindeer leather cord.

The stone is black labradorite, dark and still until light finds it, at which point a vivid blue breaks through the surface. That quality, called labradorescence, is what makes the stone sought after. A rare variety, classified as semi-precious for that reason alone.

Labradorite is associated with inner clarity and the kind of calm that comes from knowing your own direction.

Wear it long at approx. 88cm or tie a loose knot to shorten it to 45cm. The knot opens easily. The length can be changed whenever you want.
