Refund policy
Return for non-customised products
For products that are not customised or don't have personalised features, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at studio@omasicollection.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Ängsbrinken 13A, 02390 Sarfvik, Finland.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For eligible returns, a return handling fee of €5 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective products.
Please note that letter beads are subject to fading over time.
Exceptions / non-returnable items - Refund for customised products
Certain products may be customised or personalised according to the customer's specifications, such as custom measurements, personalised text, special charm combinations, or other individually requested modifications. For such personalised products, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where permitted by applicable consumer protection legislation.
For products that are custom-made or personalised according to the customer's choices, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where permitted by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. Sale items may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation unless otherwise stated.
Resizing or restringing bracelets
For resizing or restringing, please keep in mind there will be fees involved. Once you contact us, an email will be sent with the return address, details on how to move forward and a cost estimate.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, this right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items as described above. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, the cost of return (€5) will be deducted from the total refunded amount for all returns.
Refunds
For eligible returns, a return handling fee of €5 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
