Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note all orders are handmade. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Claims for lost or stolen packages may be submitted through the utilised "Post" delivery service provider.

All orders are generally shipped by the Finnish Post Service, please note that we reserve the right to change the delivery service provider at any time.

We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden and the UK.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with the purchase. Omasi Collection is not responsible for these additional charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees related to your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

Our standard shipping in Finland includes a tracking and delivery status update. You will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Orders outside Finland are delivered by The Finnish Post Service as Priority Mail and with your local Mail Service. The package will be sent to your mailbox and does not contain tracking.
